This website and store are operated as Covy Lane by TMH Enterprises. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Covy Lane and TMH Enterprises. Our store is powered by Shopify. By visiting, using, or purchasing through this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return policies. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the services. You are responsible for providing accurate information and securing any account credentials.

2. PRODUCTS, ORDERS, AND PAYMENT
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and textile goods may vary. Descriptions, prices, availability, and quantities may change without notice. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or shipping limitations. If we cancel after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.

Shipping, delivery, returns, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery dates are estimates, and carrier delays may occur outside our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where TMH Enterprises is headquartered, without limiting consumer protections that apply where you live.
